Market Intelligence Analyst (B2B)

Our Advertisers Relations team directly connects trivago to hoteliers, thus guaranteeing that we have valuable, unique content on our site and allowing hoteliers to optimize their profiles. We’re looking for a market research expert who can provide us with thorough industry analyses to help support our efforts and shape our strategy. If you can bring and share knowledge that will help push us forward, we’d like to hear from you.

What you'll do:

  • Research everything from macroeconomics to hospitality to the online behaviour of travellers and then create in-depth, data-supported reports.
  • Work with external companies to create studies that boost our message.
  • Work closely with our Business Intelligence team to extract complex data and prepare qualitative and quantitative analysis to support our PR work.
  • Educate our entire team on your findings in an easily digestible, summarized form.

What you'll need:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in market research within the hospitality industry.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business or Economics, Tourism or Hospitality, or a related field.
  • A structured work style that will benefit your research, allowing you to hone in on the essential details when faced with a mass of information.
  • The ability to communicate large amounts of potentially complex information in a streamlined, easy-to-understand manner.
  • To be a real addition to every team you are part of, working towards a collective goal rather than striving solely for personal success.
  • The willingness to try original, untested methods, coupled with a determination that means you won’t be put off when your attempts don’t instantly succeed.
  • Fluency in English (our company language).
  • Can start as soon as possible.
